Our rates (2025/07/01 – 2026/07/01) are as follows:

Full payment before or on arrival please.
We calculate our rates based on the number of days we house the cat(s), not the number of nights. For instance if you drop off on the 10th and pick up on the 15th it is a total of 6 days.
We reserve the right to increase our rates during peak season (April and December).

Cancellation Policy
Refund of deposits for peak season bookings that are cancelled less than 7 days before the start date of the booking will be at the discretion of management. Since we normally have a waiting list for the December holidays, it is crucial that you inform us of cancellation as soon as possible. If you cancel more than seven days before, we will refund your deposit, less than 7 days we may retain part or all of your deposit.
Long term discount
A 10% discount will apply for boarding 21 days and longer.
