Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • All cats must be healthy and be up to date with their vaccinations (done at least two weeks prior to their arrival) according to veterinary requirements. Tomasina Cattery reserves the right to and will refuse boarding of any cat who’s owner fail to produce the original vaccination record upon arrival at our facilities.
  • Tomasina Cattery reserves the right to refuse admission of any cat that shows signs of illness, injury or aggression.
  • Cats must be at least 6 months old and sterilized/neutered in order to stay at Tomasina Cattery.
  • It is the owner’s responsibility to provide Tomasina Cattery with accurate details about their cat’s dietary requirements, behaviour and medical history.
  • Please ensure that your cat is parasite-free. Tomasina Cattery reserves the right to treat any cat with parasites, external or internal (fleas, ticks, mites, worms etc) at the owners expense, in order to keep our facility parasite free.

2. PAYMENT

  • Full payment must be done before or on the day of arrival. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card or EFT. Our rates can be viewed on our website www.tomasina.co.za and a formal invoice will be sent to the
    owner via email or WhatsApp.

3. OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

  • It remains the Owner’s responsibility to inspect our facility and by signing this agreement the owner acknowledge that they are aware of the conditions in which their cats will be boarded. Tomasina Cattery will not be held responsible for any loss, illness, escape or death of a cat whilst in our care.
  • All cats must be transported in a secure pet carrier.
  • Owners of cats on special diets and/or chronic medication need to fill out the provided form for every visit, ensuring that all instructions for the cat’s needs are clearly specified.
  • Tomasina Cattery provides everything your cat needs for the duration of their stay. We will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to the cat’s personal belongings, including but not limited to bedding, food
    bowls toys etc. should you prefer to send it along for their stay.

4. TOMASINA CATTERY LIABILITY

Tomasina Cattery will take all reasonable care to ensure the safety and comfort of cats during their stay but cannot be held responsible for unforseen events such as illness, injury, escape or loss of personal belongings

5. AGREEMENT

By confirmation of the booking and signing of this document the owner agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
